Men engage in activities that utilize their skills and experience such as building garden boxes for local non-profits, selling shed-made items at craft fairs, and participating in team maintenance work for local non-profits. CFMS provides health and safety training for its members so that they are prepared to work safely with shop equipment and materials. Men are organized into project-based teams to promote skill development and new relationships.
